  • Representing the professional interests of union members and technical staff employed against employers, bodies of state administration and economic and social organizations and local government.
  • Control over compliance with labor law.
  • Providing legal assistance and the members of the Union to intervene and mediate in cases of individual conflicts with the employer on the employee not affiliated Association may undertake to defend its rights and interests of the employer.
  • Participate in creating or consulting legal acts, in particular:
    • Labor law
    • Social security and social rights
  • Participation in policy of employment and wages.
  • Exert control over compliance by employers obligation to provide employees with safe and healthy working conditions, as well as participation in the development of plans to improve working conditions.
  • Making efforts to ensure that members of the Union and their families to benefit from the Social Fund.
  • Negotiation and conclusion of agreements with employers in matters of collective rights and interests of workers, in particular:
    • Collective bargaining
    • Work rules
    • Award and incentive rules
    • Hours of work
    • Plan vacations, training
    • Social benefits of living and cultural
  • Conduct and participate in the development of cultural and educational activities, and the creation of conditions for the rest.
  • Participation in efforts to improve health and health care.
  • Preventing unemployment and help the unemployed members of the Union.
  • Providing material support to members of the Association in accordance with its capacity and the necessary needs.
  • Care of the new members of the Union, particularly young people and improving the care of professional qualifications.
  • Provide training to Union Members to raise awareness in the Association.
