About ZZIT

Union of Engineers and Technicians - ZZIT

is a national trade organization bringing together engineers and technicians of all specialties, as well as graduates and non-technical secondary schools. Striving for social status and due material and economic technical staff in our country, ZZIT declared their willingness to cooperate in establishing fair remuneration system with all the trade unions, employers' organizations, as well as The Technical and Scientific Societies and the Polish Economic Society.
ZZIT part of the Trade Unions Forum - a nationwide panel of certified union representative and the court involved in the work of the Tripartite Commission for Social and Economic Affairs.

About OL ZZIT

ZZIT Lublin District was established in 1992 on the basis of the existing organizations in the Lublin Province Trade Union of Engineers and Technicians.

main objective the creation of the District of Lublin was recognition of the need:

• strengthen the operation and further development of the relationship of the region of Lublin,
• ensure a strong union representation before local government authorities,
• joint development of new and better forms of organization of trade unions,
• provide legal and financial assistance to the company trade union organizations.

tasks to organize the Lublin District Works undertook the organization of the Union of Lublin Car Factory.
The organizers of the first Conference of Election were colleagues: inż. Włodzimierz Martyna - Chairman of the Federal Works Lublin and the FS-Chairman inż. Ryszard Koczkodaj.
